This website and online store are operated by DIMIRA. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to DIMIRA. Using our store

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction when using the site. You may print or copy portions of the site only for the purpose of placing an order with us. Products and descriptions

We make every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible. Natural gemstones vary in color, tone, clarity, and markings, so your piece may differ slightly from the photos. Screen displays may also affect how colors appear. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are error-free, and we may correct inaccuracies at any time without notice.

Measurements and specifications

Sizes, weights, and stone measurements are approximate. Because gemstones are natural and pieces are finished by hand, small variations in size, weight, and appearance are normal and are not considered defects.

Product availability

We do our best to keep availability accurate, but an item may sell out before the site is updated. If an item you ordered is no longer available, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a full refund. We may discontinue any product at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee the availability of any product.

Estimated delivery

Shipping and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If an order is delayed because of order volume or other reasons, we will try to let you know.

Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and promotions may expire or be withdrawn without notice, cannot be applied after an order is placed, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so. Some items may be excluded. Expired or invalid codes will not be accepted, including codes shared on third-party sites.

Pricing and currency

Prices are shown in US dollars unless a local currency is displayed at checkout. Where local currencies are offered, amounts are converted using the exchange rate applied by our store at the time of purchase, and your bank may charge additional fees. Prices and offers may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We may refuse or cancel any order, including after it has been confirmed, for reasons such as product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or an order we believe is placed by dealers or resellers. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we do not store your full card details. Accepted payment methods and currencies are shown at checkout. To change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We may not be able to change an order that has already shipped, and shipped orders are handled under our Refund Policy.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms. Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Risk of loss for an order passes to you on delivery to the carrier's destination address. Import duties, customs fees, and taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product designs, and the DIMIRA name, belongs to DIMIRA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
